• Buy Back is applicable only on eligible products purchased directly from our website.
  

• Original invoice is mandatory.
  

• The product must pass quality inspection and authentication.
  

• Deductions may apply towards making charges, stone value, wear & tear, and applicable taxes.
  

• Market gold rates on the day of evaluation will be considered for gold value calculation.
  

• Customized, engraved, or altered pieces may not qualify for Buy Back.
  

The final Buy Back value will be communicated after inspection.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  

• Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  

• If cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  

• Refund timelines typically range between 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
