Buyback and Cancellation Policy

At Tinyfacets, we aim to keep our buyback and cancellation terms clear and transparent.
This policy explains how buyback requests are evaluated, how jewellery is valued, how approved buyback payments are processed, and when an order may be cancelled.
1. Buyback Policy
Tinyfacets may offer buyback support on eligible jewellery purchased directly from Tinyfacets.
A buyback request can be made immediately after purchase. However, acceptance and final value are not automatic.
Every buyback request is subject to:
- Product eligibility
- Original invoice verification
- Product inspection
- Authentication
- Gold purity verification
- Product condition
- Gold, diamond, and stone evaluation
- Applicable market value
- Applicable deductions
The final buyback decision and value are confirmed only after the product has been reviewed and inspected by Tinyfacets.
2. Buyback Eligibility
Buyback is available only for eligible jewellery purchased directly from Tinyfacets.
To request a buyback evaluation:
- The original invoice is mandatory
- The product must be available for inspection
- The jewellery must pass authenticity and purity verification
- The product condition must be suitable for evaluation
- All important parts of the jewellery should be present
Products that are heavily damaged, altered, incomplete, or unable to pass authentication or purity verification may not qualify for buyback.
Final eligibility is confirmed only after inspection.
3. Buyback Value
The final buyback value is determined after physical evaluation of the jewellery.
Gold Value
Gold value is considered based on the applicable market gold value at the time of evaluation, along with:
- Verified gold purity
- Net gold content
- Product condition
- Applicable deductions
Diamond and Stone Value
Where diamonds or stones are present, their value may also be considered based on their applicable market value at the time of evaluation and after inspection.
Making Charges
Making charges are not included in the buyback value.
The final buyback amount may therefore be lower than the original purchase price.
Tinyfacets does not guarantee any fixed future buyback value, resale value, or return.
4. How to Request a Buyback
To request a buyback evaluation, contact Tinyfacets customer support.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Original invoice
- Product photos
- Product details
- Your contact information
- Any jewellery certificate or supporting product information available

Our team will review the initial details and guide you through the inspection process.
5. Product Inspection
A final buyback value cannot be confirmed only from photographs or messages.
The jewellery may need to be physically inspected to verify:
- Product authenticity
- Gold purity
- Gold content
- Product condition
- Diamonds or stones
- Missing or damaged parts
- Alterations or repairs
- Invoice and product match
The final buyback eligibility and value will be communicated after the required inspection is completed.
6. Buyback Approval and Payment
If a buyback request is approved, Tinyfacets will communicate the final buyback value to the customer.
The customer can then choose whether to accept the offered value.
If the customer accepts the final value, the approved buyback amount will be paid through bank transfer.
Tinyfacets may request the customer's bank details and any additional information required to process the payment securely.
Approved buyback payments are generally processed within 5 to 7 working days after the buyback is finalised and the required verification is complete.
7. Important Buyback Conditions
Please keep the following in mind:
- Buyback is available only on eligible Tinyfacets jewellery
- The original invoice is mandatory
- Final eligibility depends on inspection and verification
- Market values may change over time
- Making charges are not included in the buyback value
- Product condition may affect the final value
- Gold, diamonds, and stones are evaluated according to applicable market value and product condition
- The final buyback amount may be lower than the original purchase price
Buyback should not be considered a guarantee of future value, resale value, investment return, or fixed financial return.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.
Cancellation is permitted only if manufacturing, customisation, or production has not already started.
If production has started, the order cannot be cancelled even if the request is made within the 24-hour period.
Customers should contact Tinyfacets as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

9. Personalised and Customised Orders
Personalised and customised orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order only if manufacturing, customisation, or production has not started.
Once work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customers are responsible for checking and confirming relevant customisation details before production, including:
- Name spelling
- Initials
- Size
- Gold purity
- Design details
- Other personalised requirements
10. Approved Cancellation Refunds
If a cancellation request is approved, the applicable refund will generally be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.
Applicable deductions may apply depending on the order and work already completed.
These may include:
- Shipping charges
- Payment gateway fees
- Customisation fees
- Making charges
The applicable refund amount will be communicated to the customer after the cancellation request is reviewed.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Cancellation and buyback are different from claims involving a product received damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a verified manufacturing defect.
If you receive an eligible product issue, please contact Tinyfacets within 48 hours of delivery.
