1. Accepted Payment Methods

Tinyfacets may accept payments through the supported payment options available at checkout or confirmed by our support team. 3. UPI Payments

UPI payment availability may depend on the payment gateway, UPI app, bank, transaction limit, payment provider, or technical status at the time of payment. Customers should complete UPI payments only through the official checkout or payment instructions shared by the Tinyfacets team for approved support-assisted orders.

4. Net Banking

Customers may complete their purchase using supported net banking options available during checkout. Net banking availability may depend on the bank, payment gateway, transaction limit, or payment provider. Tinyfacets does not store net banking passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or sensitive banking credentials.

5. Bank Transfer

Bank transfer may be available only for approved support-assisted orders. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact the Tinyfacets team before making payment. Our team will confirm whether bank transfer is available for your order and will share the correct payment details if applicable. Please do not transfer payment to any unverified account, unknown person, or payment detail not shared by the official Tinyfacets support team. For bank transfer orders, order confirmation may be shared only after payment verification by the Tinyfacets team.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is not available as a standard payment method for website checkout orders. If any offline or support-assisted payment arrangement is available for a specific order, it will be confirmed directly by the Tinyfacets team in writing before order confirmation. Customers should not assume Cash on Delivery is available unless clearly confirmed by Tinyfacets.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All online payments on Tinyfacets are processed through secure payment systems, Shopify-supported checkout, and/or authorised payment gateway providers. This helps protect customer payment information while placing an order. Tinyfacets does not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking passwords, or sensitive banking credentials on its own systems. Payment details are handled securely by authorised payment service providers. Customers should never share sensitive payment information through WhatsApp, email, social media, or any unsecured communication channel.

8. Order Total and Charges

Before completing payment, customers should review the final order amount carefully. The final order amount may include: Product price, Applicable taxes, Shipping charges if applicable, Customisation charges if applicable, Payment-related charges if applicable, Any other order-related charges communicated before confirmation. Tinyfacets aims to show or communicate the full payable amount before order confirmation wherever applicable. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹20,000. Orders below ₹20,000 may have a flat shipping charge of ₹849. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation wherever applicable.

9. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive order confirmation details through the contact information provided during checkout. For bank transfer or support-assisted orders, confirmation may be shared after the payment is verified by the Tinyfacets team. A payment being deducted from your account does not always mean the order is confirmed. Order confirmation is completed only after successful payment verification and confirmation from Tinyfacets. Customers should keep payment confirmation, transaction ID, order number, invoice, or payment receipt safely for future reference.

10. Failed Payments

If your payment fails during checkout, your order may not be confirmed. A payment may fail due to bank issues, payment gateway errors, incorrect details, network problems, expired session, transaction limits, insufficient funds, or technical issues. If your payment fails, please do not place repeated payments immediately without checking your bank statement or contacting Tinyfacets support. 11. Amount Debited but Order Not Confirmed

In some cases, the amount may be debited from your bank account even if the order is not confirmed immediately. This can happen due to payment gateway, bank, UPI, or network delays. If your amount is debited but order confirmation is not received, please contact Tinyfacets support with payment proof, transaction ID, payment time, and contact details used during checkout. Our team will verify the payment status and guide you with the next steps. If the payment is not received by Tinyfacets, the amount is usually reversed by the bank or payment provider as per their timeline.

12. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make duplicate payment for the same order, please contact Tinyfacets support as soon as possible. You may be asked to share both transaction IDs, payment screenshots, order number, payment method, and contact details. After verification, any approved duplicate payment refund will be processed as per the applicable refund timeline and payment provider process.

13. Refunds for Payment Issues

If a refund is approved due to payment failure, duplicate payment, order cancellation, or any verified payment-related issue, the refund is usually processed to the original payment method or another approved method where applicable.
