We try to display product details, images, prices, gold purity, product size, design information, descriptions, and other details as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur in colour, finish, size, design appearance, stone placement, enamel shade, polish, or product look due to screen settings, lighting, photography, handmade finishing, or customization.

Such minor variations do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after successful full or partial payment and written confirmation from Tinyfacets.

For WhatsApp, phone, email, social media, or support-assisted orders, the order is confirmed once payment terms are agreed and an invoice, receipt, order confirmation, or written confirmation is issued by our team.

Tinyfacets reserves the right to accept, reject, hold, or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, product unavailability, incomplete customer information, payment failure, customization limitations, suspected misuse, suspected fraud, or any operational or legal reason.

If Tinyfacets cancels an order after payment, the refund will be processed as per the applicable refund terms.

Customers are responsible for checking all customization details before confirming the order. This includes spelling, size, name, initials, design reference, gold purity, and any special instruction.

Once design or production work has started on a custom, personalized, resized, engraved, or made-to-order product, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom and personalized products may have different production timelines compared to ready designs.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed primarily in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Product prices may include applicable taxes unless mentioned separately.

Final cost may depend on product design, gold purity, product weight, making charges, customization, shipping charges, payment-related charges, and any other applicable charges.

Tinyfacets aims to show or communicate the full product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization charges, and payment-related charges before order confirmation wherever applicable.

Tinyfacets may accept payments through UPI, net banking, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods available at checkout or confirmed by our team.

Cash payments may apply only to approved offline or support-assisted transactions and are not necessarily available for website checkout orders.

Prices may change without prior notice. If there is a pricing error due to technical, manual, or system reasons, Tinyfacets may cancel the order and process a refund where applicable.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹20,000.

Orders below ₹20,000 may have a flat shipping charge of ₹849.

Once the order is dispatched, delivery timelines may depend on the courier partner and delivery location.

11. Delivery Risk and Incorrect Details

For shipped orders, delivery risk transfers to the customer once the order is marked delivered by the shipping partner.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, email address, billing address, shipping address, PIN code, and delivery instructions.

Tinyfacets will not be responsible for delivery issues, failed delivery attempts, delays, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, modified, or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Standard products may be eligible for return, exchange, repair, or refund only in case of a verified manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery, subject to inspection by the Tinyfacets team.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, personal preference, minor handmade variations, customization approved by the customer, or products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidental damage, or improper care.

Products must be unused and returned with original invoice, packaging, tags, certificates, and any accessories provided with the order, wherever applicable.

Refund approval is subject to product condition, issue verification, and inspection by the Tinyfacets team.

Shipping charges, handling charges, payment gateway charges, customization charges, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error from Tinyfacets.

13. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Tinyfacets within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to share your order number, clear product photos, packaging photos, an unboxing video if available, invoice or order confirmation details, and a short description of the issue.

After review, Tinyfacets may offer repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the product condition and issue.

Tinyfacets reserves the right to reject claims if the product appears used, mishandled, damaged after delivery, altered, or reported after the required timeline.

Cancellation requests for online orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, modified, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once design work, sourcing, customization, or production has started.

If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per the applicable refund terms.

Tinyfacets reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, incorrect customer details, suspected fraud, customization limitations, or any operational or legal reason.

15. Buyback Policy

Tinyfacets may offer buyback support on eligible products, subject to the terms mentioned in our Buyback and Cancellation Policy.

Buyback eligibility may depend on the product type, original invoice, product condition, gold purity, certificates, inspection, authenticity verification, and other applicable conditions.

Customized, engraved, altered, damaged, or modified products may not qualify for buyback.

Deductions, charges, and final approval may apply as per the Buyback and Cancellation Policy.

Buyback should not be understood as an investment promise, guaranteed resale value, or financial return.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details, shipping details, billing details, customization details, size details, spelling, initials, design references, and order instructions.

Customers should review product information, pricing, shipping charges, delivery timeline, return conditions, customization terms, and cancellation terms before placing an order.

Customers are also responsible for following jewellery care instructions, keeping invoices and certificates safely, and contacting Tinyfacets within the required timeline for any order-related issue.

17. Jewellery Care and Use

Tinyfacets jewellery should be handled with care.

We recommend removing fine jewellery during sleep, swimming, sports, rough play, bathing, or activities where the product may be pulled, bent, scratched, or damaged.

Customers should keep jewellery away from chemicals, perfumes, lotions, harsh cleaning agents, and rough surfaces.

Tinyfacets will not be responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper storage, accidental damage, rough use, or failure to follow care instructions.

18. Intellectual Property

All Tinyfacets designs, images, product photos, logos, brand name, website content, product descriptions, graphics, layouts, and creative materials are the intellectual property of Tinyfacets or its authorized partners.
