1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, whether made:

  • through our website

  • via WhatsApp, phone, or social media orders, or

  • through direct transactions conducted at our registered address mentioned above.

By purchasing from Tinyfacets, operated by SUSHIL SHIVRAMBHAI ANTIYA under the trade name Shayona Gems, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. SUSHIL SHIVRAMBHAI ANTIYA operating under the trade name Shayona Gems (“we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Online Orders: An order is confirmed only after full or partial payment and written confirmation from our team.

  • Direct Purchases: An order is confirmed upon issuance of an invoice or receipt by our team.

  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or incomplete information.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed primarily in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments may be made via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, cash, or approved financing/EMI partners (where applicable).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In case of a pricing error, we may cancel/refund the order.

5. Delivery, Shipping & Risk

  • Direct Pickup: Risk of loss passes to the Customer once the product is handed over to the Customer.

  • Courier/Shipping: All our couriers are covered under insured shipping. Risk transfers to the Customer once the product is handed over to the customer by our shipping partners.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier, customs, or external events are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Custom-made, engraved, personalized, or resized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Standard products may be eligible for exchange or return only in case of manufacturing defects in the product, provided they are in unused condition with original invoice, packaging, and certificates.

  • Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

  • Cancellation of online orders must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

7. Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • Tinyfacets, operated by SUSHIL SHIVRAMBHAI ANTIYA under the trade name Shayona Gems, warrants products against manufacturing defects. Upon purchase if you notice any manufacturing defects, we will fix it for you. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or accidental damage.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, images, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Tinyfacets, operated by SUSHIL SHIVRAMBHAI ANTIYA under the trade name Shayona Gems. No part of our website, catalog, or store displays may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Communication

  • Personal information collected during online or offline purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By purchasing from us, you consent to receive order-related communications via SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tinyfacets, operated by SUSHIL SHIVRAMBHAI ANTIYA under the trade name Shayona Gems, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

  • Our liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product in question.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

are expected to respect the premises, staff, and security measures. Any misuse, theft, or damage may result in legal action.
